So... It appears I was left inward the nighttime i time over again , non knowing poomsae is a sport which , according to this article from
eastlondonlines.co.uk is something divide from taekwondo.
The sport combines the the moves in addition to choreography of the martial fine art taekwondo , (...).
And slap me dizzy , I was truly led to believe that taekwondo had diverse disciplines , of which forms/poosae was one. Well , it's plainly proven fourth dimension in addition to fourth dimension over again how I truly knows aught when it comes to the martial arts.
